SMS Terms & Conditions

Pavilia offers Pavilia Trip Alerts, a recurring text-message program for registered Pavilia users. When you opt in, we send you text messages about your trips and tour bookings, such as reminders before a trip you planned, and updates when a tour request is received, confirmed (with your voucher link), declined, expired or refunded. We also send one-time verification codes when you verify your phone number. Messages are sent from Pavilia’s alert number (alerts) and from Twilio-managed numbers (verification codes).

Verify your mobile number in the Pavilia app and tick the SMS consent box. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any tour or service.

Message frequency varies and depends on your trips and bookings, up to 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan, including roaming charges when you are outside the United States.

Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT, REVOKE) to any message, or turn off SMS in Settings. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out. To re-subscribe, reply START to the number that sent the message. Opting out of Trip Alerts does not stop one-time verification codes you request yourself.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and may be unreliable while roaming. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most other US carriers.

Your phone number and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
